Eligibility
Entry into The Woodlands Golf Championship Community Scramble is limited to a field of 156 participants.

Format
The Woodlands Golf Championship Community Scramble will be on The Woodland Country Club Palmer Course. All teams will consist of 4 players.

Schedule of Events
Below is an itinerary detailing the one-day The Woodlands Golf Community Scramble:

Monday, November 12, 2012
--7:30 am: Player Check-in and Range Opens
--9:00 am: Shotgun Start
--1:00 - 2:00 pm: Lunch served at the Palmer Course Clubhouse
--1:30 pm or Conclusion of Play: Presentation of Awards at the Palmer Course Clubhouse

Entry Fee
The $125 entry fee includes tournament carts, green fees, unlimited practice balls, lunch, prizes, favors, and gratuities.

Prizes
Prizes will be awarded.

Rules and Conditions
Play will be governed by the Rules of Golf as currently defined by the United States Golf Association. Local rules, detailed tournament conditions and registration requirements will be provided prior to the start of the tournament. All players will be required to wear soft-spike or spikeless shoes. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to reject or ban an applicant or participant at any time before or after the start of tournament play. Any tournament participant engaging in unbecoming or unsportsmanlike conduct during tournament play or otherwise is subject to rejection or disqualification as well as being permanently barred from consideration for a future tournament. All play is scratch with no handicap. No Rain Date.

Carts
Players may use automotive transportation, which is included in the entry fee.

Attire
Contestants should wear proper, tasteful golf attire during tournament play and be neat in appearance with respect to clothing and personal grooming.
